We're getting a house!

Well, this is just the beginning but on January 15,2010 we finished a sale/purchase agreement with Copper Basin to build us a house in Pullman, WA. The closing date is set to be May 24 (my birthday). We really can't believe how much God has worked for us in this process - we got a much bigger house than we expected and for cheaper!

This is the floor layout. Some of the options we got were: a gas fire place in the living room, 9' ceilings throughout, stone columns on the front of the house, vinyl in the dining room, cable in every room and the extra "man door" in the garage. We are really looking forward to having the extra bedrooms, a master suite and more than double the floor space from our duplex!!!
