Inside Our House

This weekend we were able to go inside our house and go upstairs. It was awesome! It seemed much bigger and better than we expected. They will continue to do plumbing this week and possibly get into some electrical.














They got our fireplace boxed out and it looks great. We're still not sure what we're going to put in the cubby above......I voted for an elk head that would go really well with a bear-skin rug in front of the fireplace but I don't think Sara could appreciate the wildlife like I do.



















They got our archway put in also! You can see the plumbers made some pretty good progress on Friday.




























Here's the kitchen window with some of the plumbing for the sink and dishwasher. You can see they've blocked in some 2x6's for the cabinets.



Here is the stairwell which really feels huge because the ceiling is about 15' up when you're standing on the landing.





There's also a decent sized window to light up the stairwell.


















Here's Sara standing in our master bedroom which looks gigantic with the vaulted ceiling and all!

















This is the view out of what will probably be Judah's room.......so lucky! Or maybe it will be an office :)
